Award of the District Governor’s Citation will be based on the club’s achievements as measured against the club’s goals and objectives established in the Planning Guide for Effective Rotary Clubs in the areas of Membership, Public Image, Leadership Development, The Rotary Foundation and Service Projects.

Clubs need not apply for the District Governor’s Citation. Awards will be made by the District Governor based on quantitative data available to the District and upon recommendations of the AG Support Teams and the District Senior leadership.  Club size is not a factor and there is no limit on the number of citations that will be given.
